Powder Coating in the North West
Shearfab has over 3,000 sq ft in-house powder coating and wet spraying facility. In 2015 we installed a fully automated phosphate pre-treatment plant to increase the adhesion of the powder, quality of the finished product and through-put through the facility.
There are two curing ovens – the largest is 4m deep x 3.5m wide x 3.5m high. Two wash water spray booths.
All materials are fully degreased and prepared for quality finishing. Galvanized products such as steel work and fencing, etc. are T-washed and etch primed prior to painting.
Our powder coating projects can be handled quickly and at very competitive rates.
